Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 whole seedless watermelon, chilled
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Cut the chilled watermelon in half and place the flat side down on a cutting board.
  2. Slice the melon into one-inch thick rounds, trim off the green rind, and cut the pink flesh into thick sticks.
  3. Rest the melon sticks on a paper towel to absorb excess surface moisture.
  4. Blend the Greek yogurt, diced strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve the chilled watermelon sticks on a platter alongside the strawberry dip.

Notes

  • Ensure the watermelon is very cold before cutting for the cleanest slices.
  • Drain any accumulated juice from the storage container daily if keeping leftovers.
